Prepare Your Package

Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
